No Microphone Audio in Recordings

Tue Mar 31, 2026 4:44 am

Hello everyone,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with Mirillis Action! when recording screen videos. Even though my microphone is enabled and the software clearly detects input (the audio levels are showing activity), my voice does not appear in the final recorded video.

I’ve already checked the Audio Settings and confirmed that:

The correct microphone is selected
The input volume is properly adjusted

Despite these settings, the recorded video still has no microphone audio at all.

Has anyone else run into this problem before? If so, I would really appreciate any advice or solutions.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Make sure that "Record microphone into separate audio track" option is disabled.

Hey! I've been running into some performance hiccups lately, so seeing these specific settings for Action! is super helpful. It really clears up how to optimize the recording without losing quality. Definitely makes things run much smoother!

That's a frustrating issue, I've dealt with similar audio problems before. Sometimes a fresh driver install or checking default Windows sound settings helps. It's like trying to navigate a tricky snake game, you think you have it all figured out, but there's always a hidden snag.
