can any body give me some imformation about the menu in top of the Splash PRo screen that show and hide with very pretty visual effect!
i making a software with VB.NET 2010 and %90 and i need visual effect like this to compelete it.
please help me

i want know how they created this effect on software.
for example they Designed it with Flash or 3Dmax or maybe After Effect or other programs.
