Sound Problem

Hello,
I use Splash Pro EX 1.10.0 since it came out, everything was ok, but in one day the sound didnt work. I try to reinstall it, change sound options...no results. Sound volume is at 100% in splash pro and in windows too...i don't know what is the problem.
Help me please, i didnt saw any movie since the sound dont work
. 3 weeks passed...

It doesn't relate to Splash, I think.
Try another file, reinstall your sound card driver...

Try the latest version v1.11.0
Did you install another program? I think something has conflict with Splash.
The worst way is reinstalling windows

What is your audio output settings in Splash?
Do you experience this problem with all audio codecs (ac-3, dts, mp3, flac...)?
