A couple license questions

Is there a way to upgrade from a personal license to a commercial license without paying for the full commercial license? I ask this because right now I want to film as a hobby and post on youtube, but in the future may change my mind and monetize my videos with ads. Also along the same lines, I was wondering if I filmed videos with a personal license and then upgraded to a commercial license could I monetize videos that I had previously recorded with my personal use license since I would own a commercial license? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you!
