What settings should I use to record league of legends game?

My game setting is normal everything

My laptop is alienware 14 2013 version

i5 8g windows 8 geforce 750

I tried 720 high bit 30 and 60....

I heard that if I record a 720 I just need 30 bit but is it ok if I just leave it as 60 bit?
