Unable to log on to main site

Hi,
So I can log on to this forum, no problem, but when I try to log on to the main website, to buy a streaming subscription, It doesn't seem to let me. I have tried both my username and my email, with no avail, and when I tried to change my password, it tells me that I used a different email address, even though I have my purchase conformation email for Action! on that address. Any help?
