Lost Serial Key, Taking a while to get back.

Ok so a few days ago I tried to use Action! and it wouldn't load well after messing with it and uninstalling it, It still didn't work. Well I know from experience that some anti-viruses are stupid and will prevent an application from loading and/or detect it as a virus. Well I disable my anti-virus and BAM! it loads but in the process of fixing it I lost my serial key 
. So I look online to see what I'm suppose to do to get my key back and a forum post on here said to email sales@mirillis.com. Well it's been 3 days since I sent in a email and no response. I naturally want the key so that way I don't forget later about this whole thing but I know sometimes things can take time. So I guess my question is how long does it usually take for someone to respond?
