Lost Serial Key, Taking a while to get back.

Ok so a few days ago I tried to use Action! and it wouldn't load well after messing with it and uninstalling it, It still didn't work. Well I know from experience that some anti-viruses are stupid and will prevent an application from loading and/or detect it as a virus. Well I disable my anti-virus and BAM! it loads but in the process of fixing it I lost my serial key :( . So I look online to see what I'm suppose to do to get my key back and a forum post on here said to email sales@mirillis.com. Well it's been 3 days since I sent in a email and no response. I naturally want the key so that way I don't forget later about this whole thing but I know sometimes things can take time. So I guess my question is how long does it usually take for someone to respond?

It may take up to five business days to get a response from our sales team depends on the current ticket queue. Usually it's faster than that. I'm sure someone from the sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.
