Hello Team Mirillis
I was recording gameplay
my pc froze and restarted
the file is on my hard drive but fails to open
is possible to recover the file?
has a very important recording
help me please

If Action! crash during video recording session your video will become broken because the encoding process was not properly closed. Unfortunately your video is unusable.

i need help as well; i uninstalled Action! and there is a box on the top right corner of my screen, and i cant get rid of it even though the program is uninstalled! HALP!

I am haveing the same issue. Only MY thing crashes every time i try to record voice with a game; or any voice at all!

Tried to recover videos after crash, it is usually corrupted but sometimes you can get something out of it. Just parts ofcourse.
