Frame drop when recording heros of the storm

I set my frame rate recording to 60 FPS. I tried AVI, MP4, every frame rate option, every video quality option. No matter what I do whatever I record it will record 60 frames per second. I've watched video tutorials and read all the FAQ questions answered and I can't figure it out. What am I doing wrong?

Is your in-game fps also limited to 60fps?

Could you please try enabling Vsync in your game and see if you can see any improvements for your game performance while recording?
