My Minecraft Crahes ever time i try to make a video? Why?

Hello Action Support I have a problem I have a YouTube Channel "BrickBuilder14" and I make Minecraft videos

But I am trying to record and my Game "Minecraft" Crashes when I record but when I don't record it is fine?
I can't figure out the problem and I would love to have it fixed soon so I can record and make videos.
I don't know what to do I have changed the fps and the recording format and everything and it doesn't help I even tried to change my in-game setting and it still didn't help.
And an interesting thing is that Action! does not crash but it crashes my game? I don't know the problem
If you could give me some reasons why my game is crashing then that would be greatly appreciated.
