Inability to choose installation directory. Seriously? Come on...
Inability to accept CC payments directly like any decent company can do, forcing me to sign up for a Paypal account.

Be glad it's the best video capture software of the handful I tested, else I'd have dumped it over those two issues. I'll recommend it to people, but I'll also tell them to understand they have to give their information to a third party because you guys cannot handle something as simple as accepting payments directly. Probably sway some not to get it.

Installation under the "Program Files x86" directory is required by Action! to allow recording of standard desktop screen as well as UAC popup screens and windows logon screen. It is also required by Remote Action! to allow remote control of the desktop in windows logon and UAC secure desktop screen.

Credit cards payments are supported by PayPal. Direct CC payments are planned to be added in near future.
