Hello, currently Action! grabs all of the frames that are visible on the screen even when recording in lower frame-rate. So for example, if the game shows 180fps without recording then when recording in 60fps Action! will grab all the frames and select one in the three frames. This allows to create as smooth video as possible. Currently, we are working on a completely new recording engine that works fully on the GPU and not even 1 frame is dropped. This will be available soon in both Action! and Overband broadcasting software. Also please make sure Shadowplay is not running in the background when using Action! as it has a huge impact on Action! performance.

Hi as this been added yet ?

ia bought the software and iam really liking it , i have a 32:9 samsung 49 inch monitor and teh 3860X1080 and shadow play does not suport it,

But in some games i get a 15 to 20 fps drop when recording, and thats weird becouse for ex. on rise of tomb raider a demading game no fps drop when recording, and on the witcher 3 it happens, i think this is some kind of a bug becouse neither my gpus or cpu is stressed when recording

any thoughts ?

thanks

Huge perfomance drops

iam still waiting for the overall changes that you ppl said that are going to do on the recording engine

Is it possible to introduce a recording mode like shadow play almost 0% performance loss
Becouse this is insane

Or at least a tuturial on how to record and dont get massing performance loss

My settings
