Subtitle won't play ? grayed out

Hi have MKV buit in subtitle in mkv file and with srt subtitle file both won't play.

both won't play with splash player pro ex ??

i tried it with vlc player i have no problem please advise why spalsh player pro will not play subtitle. subtitle is grayed out

Hi, probbaly mkv includes unsupported format of subtitles.
Do you possibly know what is the format of subtitles in this mkv?

Is it possible to share us small sample of this file?
