Are there any plans for a HTPC-friendly UI for Splashplayer? Something similar to TotalMedia Theatres WMC-friendly UI?

Hi, yes this is planned, but currently we have not started working on it yet and we cannot specify a timeframe when media center like gui version will be available. It is planned to be added.
About skins, this is also planned, but that will take some time to provide a skin system.

At least you can add a "start in fullscreen option". It will also help us to integrate splash in a 3rd party program like "media browser". We can also use splash in it by choosing the "external player option" but each time we do we have to double click on screen to set fullscreen mode.

maybe you guys could contact XMBC to make it easy to integrate your player into xbmc
