When I open up Action! everything is normal, I record it's ok but then when I stop the recording the file gets corrupted and the software crashes. I had never had this problem before today. I just updated it that may be a factor. I'll list my settings now, I hope that helps. File Format: MP4; Hardware acceleration: NVIDIA(R) NVENC; Video size: 720p; Video framerate: 30 fps. Please help me with this I would like to get to recording again

Hello, does the issue occur only for MP4 recording?

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
