How do I go to an earlier version of Action!

Hey Guys,
I just u[dated to 3.0 Action update but have had problem after problem since doing it. I want to go back to the original version I had before the newest update. Can anyone please tell me how I can do that. Im not very computer savy and would appreciate the help
