Description:
If an Action! Time Shift recording is active, launching OneNote results in a crash seconds after launch.

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\ONENOTE.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mirillis\Action!\action_x86.dll
Steps to reproduce:
Expected:
OneNote successfully launches and is operable. Action! ignores OneNote as a Time Shift candidate.
Actual:
OneNote launches but crashes seconds after.
