Mirilis FPS lag and crash game

Hi, I buy and download Mirillis Action I'm setup all perfect settings and I have a big problem.
When I turn on fullscreen custom game and Mirillis Action I have a game crash when I try minimizing a game but when Mirillis Action turn off game not crashing.
Also when Mirillis Action works on background I have FPS lag in game....

Also I record game on GPU also I try recording on AVI and MP4 format but still games crashing and laging when I turn on Action
This problem came up when Action update to 3.5.0 version

My Pc specifications

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K
RAM: 32 GB RAM
GPU: MSI GEFORCE GTX 1080 TI 8GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: Corsair VS Series VS650
MOBO: Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB + 2x HDD 2 TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit (Legacy)

Does the issue occur for every game or only for one title?

Problem for all games. Here is list games where I test mirillis

Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Lost 60 FPS
Warface - Lost 90 FPS
Balck Ops 4 - Lost 85 FPS
Minecraft - Lost 10-15 FPS
PUBG - Lost 50 FPS
APEX Legends - Lost 70 FPS
GTA 5 - Lost 50 FPS
Escape From Tarkov - Lost 80 FPS
Battlefield 5 - Lost 40 FPS
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 - Lost 75 FPS

Also I try mirillis on other pc still I lost fps. But When I use mirillis 2.8.2 version all this games no lag and not crach but when I use latest version all games laging and craches.....

Please try following steps below to completely re-install Action. You will need your serial number to activate your product again.
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
3. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
4. Remove Action! catalog.
5. Reboot your PC.
6. Install Action! again. Make sure that your installer file comes from official website - www.mirillis.com (if you have not purchased Action! through Steam).
You can activate Action! with the same serial number as before.

These steps should restore your Action! settings to default.

If your get FPS lag whit 3.0 / 3.9.0 version just go back to old version me to lag newest mirillis version's but I back to 2.8.2 version and no more lost fps and no lag games
Mirillis just too often update mirillis and not fix bug's.

BTW when I use mirillis and play Euro Truck Simulator 2 and I want change game graphic game has ben crached when mirillis turn on
