It is not possible to add two webcam's streams to your video.

This will be possible in Action! Studio and Overband (our future products).

Is it possible to place more than one logo also?

Yes you can use the overlay graphics for one logo and the streaming URL (in streaming tab) to add more logos.
Just enter the path to the logo file in the following format for one of the URLs:

file://C:/logo2.png
