How can I define how long a recording should be before Action! automatically stop recording?

How Do I Get Action! to record on a schedule when I'm not home?
Must automatically start recording and end recording

In the main tab, if you scroll down a little, you will find a "duration" option. Use it to set duration for your recordings.

Answer 2.
There is no scheduling mechanism in Action!. It is possible to do that using Task Scheduler in Windows and additional sctipts/programs.
