When I make a screen recording of 1920x1080, 1 hour of recording takes up 7-8 Gb
How can I change the file size to become smaller without significant quality degradation?

Must subsequently be played on Samsung Smart TV from 2019

Best way to do that is to reduce framerate or resolution.
