External audio codec usage ?

Tue Jan 11, 2011 9:39 pm

i have movie that has 6 channel DTS sound.
my regular notebook has only 2 channel so audiovolume is SO LOW on 6 channel videos.
i tested with other audio output modes but nothing changed.

would u allow to use ffdshow audio n winamp audio plugins in future releses ?

Please check the latest Splash PRO version as some improvements where done
for DTS audio decoding and audio volume should be on normal level.

We do not plan to add support for external codecs as we preffer to improve and develop our own codecs.

It could be Dynamic Range feature that is missed.
Try Audio Boost for now.
