Looking for a little help here as i have searched the web and the forum to no avail.

When i am recording my videos i can see the cursor, but what i am trying to do is get that sort of circle on my screen when i click the mouse.

Any help would be great

Go to Settings -> Video and enable "Visualize mouse clicks" option. You need to record in original resolution for this option to work.

can i ask does this work when recording gameplays?

It depends on a game, but in most cases it won't work in games.
