[Request] Add features for uploading

I have two feature requests that most might be interested for.

Feature 1. After export or upload has finished, Do an Action. Such as shutdown computer, sleep, or run external program..
Feature 2. I'm not sure if youtube supports this in their API. The ability to resume youtube downloads from Action! At the moment I export my videos and then upload to youtube. Mostly because youtube supports resuming downloads and also because youtube keeps all my default values.
