Torchlight 2 Crashes on Start up

As the topic says, Action! causes Torchlight 2 to crash on start up. (I launch Torchlight 2 through steam, so I'm not sure if this problem only relates to the steam version of TL2.)

WORKAROUND: In order to use Action! with Torchlight 2 at the moment, you just need to start Action! AFTER you have launched Torchlight 2.
