help with the resolution of my action!

Hi I have a problem, what happens is that I wanted to record only part of the PC screen and happens to put a higher resolution for my screen and I can not shrink it because the edges of the screen pass, and tried to restore the factory settings but do not know how, and I need your help please D:

Did you mean that Active Desktop Region Mode panel is out of your resolution?

Press "0" (zero) to restore Active Desktop Region to default size.
