pause recording in Active desktop Region mode

hi
when i am pausing my recording in a game recording mode it works fine.
if i want to pause the recording in the active desktop region mode it's not working for me.
is there any way to do it?

Works fine for me, checked this twice. Just pressed Shift + F9 (default combination) and HUD recording icon (circle) turned to pause ico (two bars).

i am recording with intel quick sync and not to avi so that's the problem.
is there any way to change it?

Currently pause/resume feature is unavailable for MP4 recording due technical issues.
