Action! crash with Flight Simulator X

Greetings,
I recently downloaded Action! to try and replace FRAPS. I really like the interface and the potential Action! offers.

However I am running into some issues;

1. I use a 3Ware SATA raid card as the controller to write video to. It currently has a single 750gb Seagate Sata. Whenever I select that drive to use a place to write videos to Action! give me a "Cannot write do device" or something along that type of error. (I don't know the exact error at the moment) I've tried running Action! as admin, but the same issue exists.

2. After starting Action! with Flight Simulator X, after about a minute or so Flight Sim X will crash.

Does anyone have any idea why these two issues exist?

The writing issue has probably something to do with this 3Ware SATA raid card. Do you have any opportunity to check video recording without it?

As for the Flight Simulator we have to test it. Until then I cannot really say anything that may be helpful except to try run Action! after you start your FS game.
