PROBLEM AppHangXProcB1

Hi everyone! I have a problem which consist in when I'm closing Action! the system tell me that there is an error (AppHangXProcB1) and have to close it inmediately. Also I have a very strange problem, I can record photos, audio.. but no record the screen!! do someone know why? I push the botton Record, but nothing happens.. I've re-installed for many many times, and no clue.. Please help!
