Windows 8 Fail

Wed Jan 30, 2013 1:48 am

Windows 8 Pro 64 bit.

Program launches, is not visible on desktop.

The following process are running:
action1.PNG
action1.PNG (8.42 KiB) Viewed 4589 times
This program DOES display the activation window, accepts activation code and and disappears upon clicking "OK"

This program DOES display the HUD and indicates a seemingly accurate frame rate. The F6 and F7 keys work as per the manual, but NONE of the other hot keys work.

The program DOES NOT display the user interface Action! window and its associated interface and settings.

Please explain why I paid $29.95 for a nothing more than a frame counter that can be either repositioned in several preset locations or hidden from view (to appear as it did before I spent $29.95)?

Thank You,

Ken Jensen

Thank you for that "useful" information.

I'm sure you will win the Moderator Heisman award for the effort.

Apparently, all problems which don’t relate to Administrator Privileges, must be directed off forum. Since this (along with a crippled forum search routine) necessarily prevents others from gaining insight into potential solutions to their own difficulties, no help can be found here.

I have, on my own, found the fix.

The solution was not the result of the support email provided.

The problem originated in this company's failure to cross-walk software testing with the documentation (user manual proof-reading).

In keeping with the unhelpful precedent and attitude of the moderators of this forum, I will not be providing this hard won information to others.

Good luck.
