Desktop record problem

Hi all,

Before start my topic, I just want to saiy, I'm french and my english is not very perfect, but I'll do the best for told my problem to you :) .

I've just bought Action! ( 25€ ) and I've a problem yet :roll: .

I've only MP4 480p and AVI format aviable, is normal ?

In second, I've try to record my desktop for make a tutorial and when I read my record I've a ulgy file who looks like this:


In VLC and Action! Video player I've this ugly record.

What's the problem ?

My computer:

Win 7 Pro x64
Intel core i7 2600K
16 Go Corsair Vengenace
Corsair TX 750
EVGA GTX 570
SSD KINGTON 256GO
Dual 2TO RAID 1 HDD
Logitech G510

Hope you will help me, because I can't currently use my new Action! Software well :|

As you already noticed 480p isn't a top notch video quality. Action! offers recording into high resolutions in MP4. Please refer to our tutorials to see how to turn on recording with Intel Quick Sync Technology.

It works perfectly !

Really thanks to you, I can start the use of this good soft ;) .

A little hard to setup but when settings are done it works perfectly !
