Micro stuttering

I'm having this regular issue when recording with Action. Every few seconds I get a <1 second stutter. This is happening while playing, as you can see by how I stop running in the beginning of the video when it happens. I'm running the most up-to-date version of action.

My rig:

CPU: Intel Core i7 920
Ram: 9GB
GPU: nVIDIA Geforce GTX 560ti
Case: Gateway FX 6800
Peripherals:
Keyboard: Logitech G110
Mouse: Logitech G500
Microphone: Blue Yeti
TrackIR 5 motion tracking
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick

Wow, we pretty much have the SAME computer setup! Do you *always* get that kind of stuttering, or it depends sometimes? Do you notice any slowdowns (framerate) while playing, or is it only the recorded file that looks like that? This is what I got, on that particular boss (in WoW):

I did other movies, in 10 men raids, different bosses, and didn't get any stutter. We have the same videocard... makes me wonder...

we are analyzing this problem in our labs. As soon as we find the cause we will be able to fix this.

I have the same video card, but I only experience this stuttering when recording in World of Warcraft with Action and no other game. I also do not get this stutter with other video recording programs.

Got a similar reply from the support via email, they'll investigate the problem and try to fix it. I really hope they find the issue, I wanted to recommend this program to my gamer friends cause it is a great program to use.
