Action Has stopped working

I was recording a game and as soon as I stopped and exited the game I tried to go back onto Action but instead I get an error "Action has stopped working" My computer has not crashed and every time I try to uninstall and reinstall it has to be payed for again, please help

You don't have to buy Action! every time you are re-installing it. Does your issue occurs with every game or just particular one?
