Can't export, options greyed out

Mon Jul 08, 2013 11:07 am

Hi,

Sorry I might be missing something obvious here, but I can't seem to get the export options to work at all.
The export icons down the bottom (the arrow, youtube, facebook) are all greyed out.
If I right click on a video then the 'export' option is greyed out.

Running 1.14.3
See the attached picture for an example

Anyone can point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Thanks, yes they were mp4 files.
Could you let me know which file types are supported?
Is there any way I can encode to h.264 (using quicksync), into a file format that Action allows me to upload?

If not, that's fine, I can still upload those mp4's to youtube manually through their website, it would just be nice to do it all in one place.

Thanks again for your help!

Wait I found some more information on it:
First, Action! will export/convert your gameplay or desktop recording to MP4 format. This will reduce video recording file size and allow faster uploading. Please note that raw Action! video recordings cannot be uploaded to YouTube directly as YouTube does not support FICV video codec used in raw AVI video recordings.
That sounds like Youtube only supports mp4?
