Audio De-sync issues

I have noticed on my last few videos i have started getting really bad audio issues... lots of de-syncing

Skip through to any point and you will see the sound is totally wrong, it starts fine but go messed up later on in the video. my last 5-6 videos have done this ? any help please

I never had this problem before but the last 5-6 have been quite bad for De-sync :( i hope somebody could give us some help!

Could you post your PC specification? Does this occurs with AVI or MP4?

16gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Asus Sabertooth Z77
Corsair AX760w
GTX 670, Now upgraded to GTX 780 ( Issues before the upgrade & Still having them )
Asus Xonar Essence STX

That problem is with AVI, i never had this problem before. it has only been the last 3-4 videos.

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3, Socket-AM3+
2 x MSI 670 Power Edition in SLI

The problem is with AVI

Try disabling all special effects in your ASUS Xonar panel.

I only have Dolby digital and Virtual 7.1 switcher on. im using the UNI drivers so there almost bug free, when i record it it is fine but its once it's been exported.....
