This is my exact quote:Mu6o wrote:Actually, you posted that somewhere when I asked you. About the steam version, that you wait for the livestream.
I said that we would like to, not that Action! will come with Live Streaming and Steam together.radi wrote:As for the Steam, we are currently working on live streaming function. We would like to get on Steam with this function fully tested and correctly working.
Request has been already sent to our tech lab.renesweb74 wrote:First I think the same - I bought yesterday and I thought Livestream Option is for free - please remove this.
Second I have the same setting like Laurent13. My Game (BF3) run in 1920x1080 - fullscreen. I try to stream (720p is maximal, 1080p is grey?). If I start to stream my game fullscreen goes in window mode (probably to 720p) - Now I go to fullscreen and the stream is ended. I want to play in 1080p and stream in 720p Its possible?
Check if you have your stream key properly typed.Laurent13 wrote:Streaming seems broken but a file recording .mp4 ..
There you can see my configuration.
I don't think it's possible but I will ask our devs. The Fold wrote:To my main reason for posting. I can get the streaming working without any problems, but my question is if there are plans to allow recording and streaming at the same time? I know there is an option to record the stream already, but I am only able to stream at about 360p, but I would like to record at 720p/1080p. If this is not an option at the moment, is there scope for it in the future?
Also is there any scope for adding in scene management such as in OBS and Xsplit? I really like OBS, but Action is so much easier to record with I'd rather have one application to cover everything.
The streaming feature works both for Game/Application mode and Desktop. It also works for Active Desktop Region. What exactly does not work with your desktop recordings?Montago wrote:I've setup Action with Twitch ...
but... is it true that LIVE Streaming only works in game-mode ?
I've only tested with Screen-capture so far .. and that doesn't work.
I'll test some more with Game-Mode when i get home...
BTW... Why does it cost a subscription, when some of the Streaming services are free ??
If i have 100/100 Mbit Fiber... and want to stream from my own computer... couldn't you then make that possible without a fee ?
The subscription plan is required due some licenses fees that Mirillis has to cover. I don't know all the details but it was explained on Mirillis facebook page.
