I have two problems !

Hi and first thanks for this amazing software.

First,since last night,first my video has no audio for no apparent reason, i didn't touch anything but it seems it doesn't record properly.

Second problem,is it seems i can't upload to youtube,when i install the software and launch it for the first time i saw the youtube button in red but now it's gray and i can't access to youtube features.

YouTube button is gray when you are trying to send MP4 video.

As for no audio issue I suggest to contact our support team directly via support@mirillis.com.
