Bought it, but not recording >_<

Hey people :3

Just got awesome program, and tried out the trial version, witch worked with recording a game match in Gaurdian Of Middle Earth. Even desk top record worked on it, so I bougth it, activeted the key and there you go, everything should work right?

But no, now it's not working, every time I press F9 to record it dosen't start, even recording on desk top is not working >_< I tried restarting the PC not working. Reinstal and so on, but not working.... Anyone have an Idea what is wrong? O.o
