Jump / Skipping in Game recording?

Im currently trying to record some gameplay in a web browser game. When I watch my recorded gameplay, it seems to jump forward. Not in time or anything, its more like when Im running in game, every 2nd step take a leap. Im recording it using Active Desktop Region.

Has this happened before? Any correct settings to record this without that happening? All help is much appreciated.
