[Solved] Invisible green region for active desktop region

Hello i have a big problem, i want to use the Active desktop region recording, to switch between the game and the windows of youtube ( for launching a live) but the Green region doesnt Appear ! :?

Press "0" to reset your region settings while you are in region mode.
