MP4 (Intel Quick Sync) + Sony Vegas 12

hi....here's my problem:
Mp4 files that i recorded using Intel Quick Sync won't work with Sony Vegas 12
it only shows audio track...
I tried install all the codecs i can find in this forum but nothing works so far.
P/s: this only happens with MP4 Intel Quick Sync...the AVI works fine but too large for my taste
(also English is not my first language so bear with me)
