Action! feels Heavy when is recording

Hi everyone, i have been using action for a while and it is awesome but i got some kind of trouble, i am doing a let's play of Warhammer 40000 Space Marine and when i record the game feels sort of... heavy, i do not know how to explain it very well but it feels a little bit laggy? the game is playable but it feels diferent, the mouse movement, the framerate, i tried Dxtory and with Dxtory the game feels the same as if it weren't recording, i don't want to buy dxtory because i like mirillis action but this thing is bothering me.

is there any tweak or something to fix this?

Well after some testing i realised this, Both video looks great in terms of image and sound quality but when you record with dxtory the game goes smoother but also slower i realised this because of the rate of fire and the walking in the game, so in the playback, in Action! there is no change in this, the fire rate and speed are almost the same but the game feels heavier, feels different, it feels like i am playing at 30 fps and i run the game at almost 120 fps

i record in 1920x1080 AVI at 30 fps

with dxtory feels slower but it doesn't feel like the game runs at 30 fps.
