Problem with Paysafecard!!!

Hey guys!

Im very terrified at the moment. Please excuse my bad english.
I already contacted the Mirillis support.

I don´t know what to do right now. My problem is that i bought Action! today.
I choose the payment methode Paysafecard. After entering the code i have been directed to another site.
The header was white and below this white header i saw some infos about paysafecard like:

Gutehaben abfragen etc.

Nothing happened after waiting 3 minutes. I decided to reload the page with f5 and than i have been directed to the "code entering" site. The problem now is that i entered my psc code and there are only 0,05 € on it.

I really paid action but i got no e-mail etc.

What to do now?

I´ve contacted the german "Kundenservice" the day before yesterday. I also contacted the support@mirillis.de email but no one answered yet.
