HELP - Unable to Export Videos in "Action!"

Hi, I have been using Mirillis Action for a few months now for gameplay recordings and love it. It is brilliant, and the quality is amazing.

However, recently I have been unable to export my files.

Previously, I could just click "Export file" in the Action! menu, and it would take around 20 minutes or so, then it would be fine. But now when I click it, it stays on 0% and the time increases without doing anything. I did think it had just slowed down, so I left it for about 12 hours, and when I came back it was still on 0%.

I was wondering what I have done wrong to cause this to happen.

I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1, from Windows 8. Maybe this caused it?

I don't use any other programs or applications to assist export, just the internal exporting function that Action! has.

Please Help, I really want to be able to use it again.

Do you use hardware acceleration for your video exporting? Try updating your video graphics or turn off the hardware acceleration.
