Wont Record Webcam

I'm so frustrated right now. At one moment I'll fix one problem with Mirillis, and then the next time I use it something else goes wrong. Now my issue is that webcam doesn't record. It shows up in the ratio preview but otherwise the webcam does not show up in the recording. The webcam lights up when I'm recording, but again, when the final product is shown it doesn't include the webcam. I have it set to always record. Position top left, and sized at 20%.

Also, when I used to record videos on separate audio tracks, when I played the movie, it still played the audio in sync with the movie. Now it doesn't. It could just be that I don't remember the settings I used since I reset my computer's memory. I have all the check marks for allow multi-channel audio recording, and record microphone into separate audio track checked.
