Recording problem please help,

Sorry if this has been mentioned before im new to the forums but i recently purchased action and tested it in game on tera and a realm reborn mmo games,
the sound/video is fine except it runs at a fast rate.
for example my game runs nice and fine then i record fine then i go to play the recording and everything is speeed up the sound and my character move much faster then i recorded it.
anyone no a setting im missing or what might be wrong thanks in advance,

im not sure how but it seems to be working now,
The next day i tried and it ran perfect so kinda weird and not sure what the problem even was,maybe needed a restart to fix the problem but anyway its ok now,

I wrote a post earlier that included a youtube link showing what it looked like. But I think it's fixed, I think the problem was setting microphone recording to record to button down causing the video to record at a higher speed, when disabling it it records normally.
