Difference between Action! commercial and home use liscenses

Ok, so I am aware that this website says that if you are going to be using this to make money, you need to buy the commercial version. However, I am going to making a YouTube channel and it will hopefully eventually make some money. What is the actual difference between home and commercial. And, if I buy home use now and eventually start to make money in the future, can I upgrade to commercial for a price lower than the the full $49.99?
