Upload Failed

When I try to upload a video to youtube, it says upload failed. I tryed alot of times and same error. If your gonna say "Unblock it from firewall" Please say what the program should be listed as. "Action!" is not on my firewall list.

Make sure that you have not lost your internet connection during uploading. Does it occur every time?
