AVI working but webcam is showing

I just bought last night Action recorder because I saw in the review rated the number 1 Action Review. I bought it because I used OBS (I'm sure some of you have heard it) and I was testing it on ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). And the video came out soo badly you can even see what the heck is going on so I came to looking for a better one and found Action.

So I was doing some test on ESO and Run 8 Train Simulator. Mp4 in 720p recorded nicely in eso but not Run 8. So I tested more on AVI and recorded on original for Run 8 and came out perfectly, but! The problem I came accross that no webcam was showing. When I record using AVI, my light on my Logitech c615 light comes on telling me I'm using the webcam...okay. So when I check in the preview the webcam did not show. Just the Run 8 but no webcam.

I have a i7 3rd Gen, Nivdia 550TI amd Windows 8.1. Emaching 20' 1600x900

My question is this.
#1 How do I get my webcam to work on AVI?
#2 Why can't I record original instead of 720p

720p doesn't even show HD. Just bad quality with 2 different versions of the games I play. If I play in original in avi mode I can see much much clearer. Just wish mp4 can do the same with clearer videos.

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.
