Allow Action! window to stay on second monitor

So looking through the forums I was unable to find a solution to the problem I am having, so here goes!

I use 2 monitors. When recording a game full screen, the Action! window that I have set over on my second monitor so that I can see it while in game snaps back to centered on the main monitor behind the game that I am playing. Is it possible to get an option to lock the action window to the second display while recording on the main one? or is there a setting for this that I am missing?

I'm having a very similar problem! Mine is like Action! doesn't recognize my second monitor when recording. I can set up a region recording on monitor 2, and it only records that region on monitor 1. It's so frustrating, especially since I HAVE to have my game running on my 2nd monitor.

Action! always chose the default screen as active screen region until it's changed via F8 hotkey.
